Our pricing is thoughtfully all-inclusive covering rental, food & beverage, staffing, event planning & production, tax, service, security and more! Each package or proposal is fully itemized, so you’ll know exactly what’s included—ensuring a clear & comprehensive planning experience from start to finish.

Capacity varies depending on the style of your event. For seated dinners, we can host intimate gatherings of as few as 20 guests or elegant affairs of up to 200. Cocktail-style receptions are ideal for groups between 50 and 300 guests, and greater on flow formats. Additionally, by securing & permitting adjacent spaces, Latrobe’s can host events for up to 650 guests at one time.
